With the 2026 NBA draft done and over with, now is the time to look at some past drafts and see what the Philadelphia 76ers have done in their history. The Sixers have selected some big-time players in the past who have become an important part of the fabric of the franchise's history.
This edition continues its focus on the 2020 draft. The Sixers made their first selection in the draft by grabbing Tyrese Maxey in the first round, but then continued their night by selecting Arkansas sharpshooter Isaiah Joe with the No. 49 pick in the 2020 draft.
Joe spent two seasons with the Sixers averaging 3.7 points and 1.0 rebounds while shooting 34.9% from deep. He was then waived in 2022 and caught on with the Oklahoma City Thunder where he has spent the previous four seasons of his career.

Joe emerged with the Thunder as he shot 41.5% from deep over his four years in OKC as well as winning a title in 2025. He has since been traded to the Detroit Pistons in this current offseason and will look to make a difference with Cade Cunningham and Co. in the Motor City.
